October Reflection

Today we did our October reflection.

I enjoyed  telling about what activities we did on camp.

I found it challenging to remember how many points we had for class dojo's.

My learning object shows  that I can reflect on my learning this month.

Next time I would add a background.

September Student Reflection

Today we did our September Student Reflection .

I enjoyed telling you about how I felt when I was doing my speech.

I found it challenging to pick something from our  Enviroschools because every thing is so interesting.

My learning object shows that I can reflect on my learning this month.

Next time I would add more detail to what I was reading at home.

Yucky bugs

Today we were learning about yucky bugs.
I enjoyed creating my own yucky bug.
I found it challenging to make the bug more detailed.
My digital learning object shows I can create what I am learning. 
Next time I would add more to the bug because it is very plain.
Here are 3 fun facts about bugs.
1. Tiger slugs dont eat your garden they eat dead carcasses because it gives them protien
2.There are white tiny bugs called spring tails and they make fantastic compost
3. Ants eat the bird poop off your deck

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and repurpose

Today I was learning how to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Repurpose.
I enjoyed creating the slides.
My learning object shows that I can encourage others to look after our planet. 
Next time I would add more photos.

T-Shirt bag

Today we are learning to reuse and repurpose things.
I have re used a t-shirt and re purposed it to a bag, I enjoyed making the bag.  
I found it challenging to find a good pair of sissors because we only had paper scissors and they did not work well on material.
My learning object shows that I can reuse and reporpose old t-shirts.
Next time I would try and cut better by using the correct scissors.

To tie the bottom of my bag I used a hair tie because i thought that the hair tie would hold the bottom of the bag.
