WALT- Perseverence.
Today I finished doing my Matariki kite.
I enjoyed making the kite.
I found it challenging to keep the kite from falling apart.
My learning object shows I can make a Matariki kite.
Great blog post! I liked that you have added a picture like that other people could see what you created. Quick fact, I remember we did something similar at my school when it was Matariki. But we didn’t create a kite. We created a star. Maybe next time you could write what you used to create to this amazing Matariki kite. Otherwise, great blog post!
Kia ora Morgan-Marie, This is a great thing to do at Matariki. Did you get the idea from a book? Maybe you could make a video with your Chromebook camera and tell us if it was able to fly and how you prepared the flax. from Mrs Torrie
